I can't enlarge your picture. However, in my experience, parasites that look like mushrooms are flukes.
Keep doing whatever you are doing.
One suggestion which you may not be doing yet. Freeze cod liver oil capsules and take them on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. You can eat after you take the capsules. It seems to help eliminate parasites. Start with about 6 capsules and work up to about 12 capsules. The parasites show up in about 24-36 hours. The worst thing that may happen is that you will get an oil ring in the toilet bowl.
