I found it helpful to take Solgar liver Cleanse every day to keep my liver moving. If your liver is tired and plugged none of the meds will work very well.

Taking meds is like giving a parasite rifle to the liver. If the liver is too tired to point and shoot the meds are useless.

Flushing helps. Liver cleanse supplements maintain.
You've probably killed a lot of parasites that have taken up residence in your liver. You have to do something to get the toxic material out.

I hate doing Liver Flushes but there is NO alternative and you will feel wonderful if you do it well.
