I understand what you are saying. I am however choosing not to do fluoride detox for the moment. NB focuses more on heavy metal "chelation" and on re-establishing its body biochemistry.

Plus I am going to do parasite cleansing and mercury chelation in a addition to NB

I don't think Wilson really offers Kelp for the purpose of detoxing fluoride either.

My practitioner told me to take it for extra nutrients.

Sorry Dr. Wilson's protocol didn't work for you but I think in order to complain about the program, you should give it at least a 1 year try - not just 2,3,4 months. A lot of people start NB and quit prematurely and then talk down on the program.. I actually have faith on it and would like to give it a 1 to 2 year try.



I believe on the program but I also believe on tweaking it. For example I'm gonna be doing a low dose andy cutler chelation program along with it. Since mercury is my main issue.

I don't take prozac or any anti depressent. but i see your point.
