Pyrantel pamoate is sold over the counter in drugstores under the name of Reese's Pinworm medicine.
Sounds like you may have multiple infestations. That's not uncommon.
Still think that they are rope worms. Whip worms are 4 cm long which is about 1.5 inches.
You need a good parasite protocol. Google Dr. Andreas Kalcker and read his protocol. You can order most of it off the internet.
