You skip on the zapper, you might as well skip the whole thing. Your problem is parasite infestations and only the zapper reaches those outside the digestive tract quickly.

I have been getting info from my source, he says turmeric actually kills parasites systemically but it's cumulative and takes quite a while. I personally haven't tried it to know. I just use a zapper.
