I had most of the symptoms you mentioned
My guess would be dental is playing a big part here-guessing more I would say eye teeth into front middle. eyes-head-stomach- FYi maybe parasites also

I went to 20 docs and nobody could figure out a thing-frankly nobody tried hard. Then I went to see Dr Yu in St. Louis. I am sure there are other good docs out there but the only one I know is simon

google- gall bladder meridian and see if that matches some-most of symptoms.
