Or better yet, get rid of the parasites eating holes in your blood vessels/intestinal tract, weakening the walls making them like a weak spot on a balloon, allowing them to bulge out (hence straining makes them worse) and hurt like hades.

I had a hiatial hernia that was becoming a weekly horridly painful event. I started Dr. Clark's deparasiting protocol with zapper and immediately never had another one; the body can heal itself that fast without parasites poking perforated lines in you.
