Side effects from zapping are well known.

The most common side effect is die-off which occurs anytime that microbes or parasites are killed inside of the body.

A second side effect only seems to occur with the better zappers when using footpads and handholds together and that is destruction of the intestinal flora. I know that Dr. Clark claimed that her zapper could not reach the intestines or other internal organs, but she only used a 2 point contact with only 1 point positive which pales in comparison to the 4 point contact 3 points positive that I suggest using for better results.

The solution to this second side effect is to take a good form of probiotic such as a good yogurt ( must have live and active cultures at least 5 or 6 different types of microbes ) or kefir right after the zapping session. I generally prefer to take a tablespoon at a time about every 10 to 15 minutes for the next hour after zapping. Kimchi will also help.

Other caveats are do not use a zapper if you have a pacemaker or personal defibrillator as these devices can be confused by the zapper signal. This is a fault of those devices and not of the zapper.

Do not use a zapper if you are pregnant or might become pregnant while using. There is not any known issue but why take chances.

Also, avoid using the zapper electrodes anywhere near the eyes. This is also an unknown but why risk possible loss of sight.

As a note: when I was zapping skin cancer, I placed the positive electrode on my left temple, near the eye, and the effect was a noticeable white overshadowing of the vision which went away once the signal was removed. There was no permanent injury. In fact, my vision in that eye used to be 20/200 but it is now near 20/20 but that is due to eye exercises.

There has been a very small number of individuals who showed symptoms of anxiety when first starting with zapping. This usually goes away.

It is recommended not to place the zapper electrodes directly across the heart area.
