I'm on day 3 of my 2nd cleanse, and it's been really unpleasant!
My 1st cleanse was last fall and was so much easier. I wasn't hungry or weak at all. This time I'm very hungry, nauseaus and last night I was *freezing*. Granted, I was eating pretty crappy up to this cleanse, but I was the last time too. Any thoughts?

On the upside, I passed a gallstone last night. I'd really like to do the Hulda Clark liver cleanse sometime soon...have any of you done the liver cleanse without doing the parasite cleanse first?
