Heading to the doctor today who didn't seem to interested in what I had to say about adrenal fatigue maybe being my problem.
I told him I wanted a panel test done and found a lab on my own and did the 4 times a day saliva test.
Here are my results, in the email I recieved everything showed within the range they had listed but at the bottom of the email there was a paragraph from the lab about possible testosterone hormone replacement as therapy. (Which I'd rather stay away from and find out what my body is actually fighting or recovering from)
My thyroid panel the week before showed T4 levels just a little below the average estimated normal range.
Any ideas on how I read these numbers, I would greatly appreciate your input or what you may see.
I'm still not sure what it is I'm dealing with, the symptoms seem to line up with adrenal fatigue, but I've been treating myself for possible, leaky gut, adrenal fatigue and now I'm thinking maybe a parasite cleanse.
It's been 3 months since my crash and I have begun feeling better making my lifestyle changes I did months ago, but 2 weeks ago had another crash. I recovered quicker but still was no fun at all and wouldn't wish that feeling on anyone.
Thank you so much :)
