I can confirm from my experience that earthing depletes your magnesium levels. I am not sure why but that what happened to me when i earth myself overnight i wake up with this bad feeling all over me ( the feeling of low mg levels/ I know this feeling before i started earthing ). But the only difference is that i dont feel any pain in my adrenals Im a Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome sufferer.

UPDATE!! : After my experience earthing overnight only depletes magnesium serum levels( Because Mg in blood in deposited in the tissues where it is most needed ). This is why I felt ill alfter earthing overnight. Anyhow I was supplementing with oral Magnesium (Bysglycinate and Citrate). While the only two ways to ensure magnesium supply is through IV or per rectum ( Visit dr sarah myhill website for more info ).
After correct Mg supplementation I had no more issues when earthing
