The photo looks like a ropeworm to me. I've had many dozens come out of me, and they're still exiting me. I've been doing almost daily sea-salt-water & coffee enemas for close to a whole year now.

I'm no longer freaked when I see them - I'm actually excited to see more come out of me (knowing they're OUT of me, instead of IN).
