This message is to those sufferers with scientific background.

Amoebic parasitism is permanent because of the parasite's ability to adapt to host gycoprotein profile and bypass TLR system.

What if, the parasite was isolated and grown, implanted into semi knock-out animal host, given time to reach equilibrium status with host, then re-implanted back into primary host.

This could hypothetically do two things: initiate C3b pathways from subtle changes in target antigen complexes, and start cascade, or exchange genetic information from primary target weakening its immunity factors from host antibodies and complement factors.

Something's got to work, or this thing is going to get me sooner or later.
