Yes they will try to escape. Your more at risk if you take a stroids that lowers your immune system. And if you have leaky gut they can then migrate to other parts of your body.

I would say your better of to try to flush your intestines out with Oxypowder or biocleanse. Or a product similar to that and see what comes out. Hold off on the anti parasite herbs for now.
