I'm looking for direction as to what may be causing my strange bowel issues. For about 4 weeks I've been feeling lethargic, feel foggy-brained, and have more flatulence than usual. On top of that I've had occasional diarrhea, (maybe 6-8 days in past month). Starting 5 days ago I started taking a spoonful of papaya seeds first thing in the morning, within 24 hrs after I first took them I had a stool with white unknown substance (pic included) and some other whitish colored fluff that had a little blood specks in it. The following day I had whitish-yellowish slime (pic included). I'm not sure if this is for sure a parasitic type infection of there could be something else to blame. If it would be parasite infection what type of parasite could it be? Worth noting is that I presently live in Southeast Asia and have been here over 4 years. I'm interested in hearing your opinions.
