There are tens of thousands of articles on parasites on pubmed.gov. I recommend learning to search it yourself. You want to actually type the url in your browser, because a google search for "pubmed" will give you a sanitized consumer version.
Go to: http://www.pubmed.gov
Enter your search terms. You can flip the dropdown between "PubMed" and "PubMed Central"
"Pubmed Central" searches returns a lot of full text articles.
"Pubmed" returns a lot of abstracts. Sometimes the abstract is all you want. Sometimes you want more information.
I often search things like
" parasite Name" and "Plants"
" parasite Name" and "extracts"
" parasite Name" and "ethnobotanical"
"Parasite Name" and "phytotherapy"
etc.
Much of what you will find are preliminary studies or research or simply analysis. You won't find much in the way of fully studied plant remedies as there is no financial benefit to creating plant remedies. So knowing everything is a preliminary study you must take it with a grain of salt.
Also "In Vitro" means the test was done to a parasite in a lab dish.
"In Vivo" means the test was done on a living animal
Just because something works "In Vitro" doesn't mean it will work "In Vivo"
Also, some tests that are done "In Vitro" are of substances that could be dangerous if actually ingested. So always follow up any leads with thorough research on toxicity of that substance.
Good luck!
