Hi,

Have you considered parasites? And all the treatment that goes with it. Bowel cleanse, liver cleanse, parasite cleanse.

That among other things really makes me think of parasites:

"Also noticed i have more energy at night versus the morning."

... and the movement in the head.

I'm new here, and I read your message by chance, so I hope I didn't break any nettiquette here. Anyway, this is just my two cents.
