I get those white head kinda like a cyst things too, definately parasite related, no explanation tho. Please try the piperazine citrate and prazi and as much of mattk3's protocol as u can with various herbs and ivermectin. It has severly stunned my large parasites. I dont want them to revive! I plan on another year if meds and then a year of healing and hoping to have a triumph story to tell. For now iam happy to have a break from the horrible wiggling. My worms are huge, over 6" and those huge flukes are the worst.
