I have done a stool analysis, not parasites or yeasts detected

I do have some gut inflammation,

my diet is mostly organic, no dairy and try to avoid gluten.

I agree about the autoimmune connection, but labs - C reactin and Sed rate are low

I do have adrenal fatigue, low cortisol

I am cautious of agressive parrasite cleanses as I find them too draining
