The bumps on your skin tell me that you need to do a series of liver flushes, but that can wait until you feel better about your parasite cleanses.

Just remember you didn't get this way in one day and it will take a long time to get you to better health. It's one step at a time.

Read all you can, but don't try to learn everything at once. It's a process. Most of us have been where you are right now. Don't give up. If one thing doesn't work for you, move on to something else.
