Can anyone please share some insight with me?

After undergoing a "Fruitarian" fast and parasite cleansing in the summer, when I started eating normal foods, I have severe/moderate brain fog almost immediately after eating anything. Even just plain veggies, or meat. Im not sure if this effect is increased after dairy or not

Food in general is becoming a problem for me. My functional medicine Dr has placed me on GAPS and suspects SIBO, but im not committing 100% until January because of the upcoming holidays

If this was simply candida, or leaky gut, how is it the reaction occurs almost immediately? Before food has time to reach the small intestine or candida?

I am quite puzzled and am not sure what to do about it

I've eliminated several roots through herbs and also pharmas like nystatin/lufenuron, today just started diflucan, made my stomach feel so tight, the part that makes "noises", was very uncomfortable

Quite to the contrary of other posters testimony, these roots are imbedded within the stool, so they must be in the small intestine

Whats going on here?
