Sorry, but without the parasites, I've never needed to do this level of stuff--it's the parasites eating away at stuff, weakening walls of all vessels so bulges occur and food gets trapped. I think the body is perfectly capable of self healing and cleaning if parasites aren't overloading it and weakening walls of stuff everywhere.
