Might want to try diatomaceous earth to completely get rid of them, no matter what type they are.

Try to also find some sort of parasite cleanser like this ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M7M3UMO?keywords=parasite%20cleanse%20gels&qid=1448743849&ref_=sr_1_fkmr0_1&sr=8-1-fkmr0 ) that includes :

Black walnut hulls
Wormwood
Cloves
Pumpkin seeds or pumpkin seed oil capsules
Garlic
Neem
Thyme
Marshmallow root
Cinchona
