To be fair, maybe the electric signal produced by a zapper can kill some kinds of tiny parasitic worms in a human body because some parasitic worms are really small even when they are adult.
However, to kill a big multi cells parasitic worm (tapeworm, ascaris, toxocara, fluke) in a human body with the electric signal produced by a zapper seems useless (or poorly efficient), the many times i have tried (with different devices, with different electric signals, with good conductivity and surface of contact (with 4 or 5 wet electrodes), all i have felt are parasites moving (probably trying to avoid the current) and this can cause irritations, cuts, holes, inflammations, increases the pressure, in the concerned areas, and then after several hours of zapping (up to 14hours a day...), they still moved and seemed alive... And then the next day there was no die off symptoms and no dead parasitic worms parts in the feces, in the mucus eliminated from the mouth/throat...

However when i ingest a high dose (not too much!) of l-ascorbic acid, i feel the parasitic worms "unhooking" and moving and contracting and then the next day i have die off symptoms and i can sometimes see dead parasitic worms parts in the feces, in the mucus eliminated from the mouth/throat...

So a zapper may damage/kill microscopic parasitic worms in the blood, maybe... But against big parasitic worms it seems useless (or poorly efficient)
