I've been taking Gaba capsules for about 6 weeks and it has been nothing short of a miracle. the brain is clearer and I actually get to sleep for more than an hour at a time.

I have been taking Theanine for 2 weeks and see no result good or bad. When I researched it I found that some companies are just filling the capsules with pure rice powder. No theanine. the one I have been taking has supposedly been tested and is as described on the label. So I don't know why it doesn't work.

But the GABA is a great thing. I started taking it for problems with muscle function. My psoas muscle was basically froze up and the pain was horrendous.
The first capsule ended the pain and I got the bonus of sleep. It also seems to put the parasites in a bad mood and makes them easier to kill.
No side effects yet.
