I'm on my way to doing so!! I have the rope worm and have cleansed many many out of myself. Who would have thought!! Anyway, they are becoming fewer and fewer and I will continue till there are none and continue with whatever maintenance program so they will never return. I have realized that having this parasite has been the cause of many physical issues (and probably mental and emotional) I have had during my life!

So, yes I believe you can totally eliminate these from your body. A diligent, steadfast mindset will be a major factor.
