i used to eat ground papaya seeds in 2013 to kill eventually present parasites 😂
oh man i did so many things

also Wormwood , Black-Walnut husk and clove

liver wise : i did ground milk thistle seeds for a while ...

juiced dandelion, nettle and thistles ....
