You might get some mileage from the adrenal forum, some of those people have weaned off of hydrocortisone successfully. Rebuilding your adrenal/endocrine/hormone system will unfortunately be part of your future.

Most likely you are going to need a multifaceted approach for the win.

Definitely start on some adrenal support asap.

Work on your diet to make functional progress.

The parasite problem will be a long term project so do your best, expect ups and downs.

There are things you can look into for the celiac like seacure amino acids, hydrolyzed proteins, glutamine, scd diet, cartilege gelatin, herbs such as turmeric for steady bug control, triphala, dental work when you are stronger, heavy metal detox is very important.

And try not to stress out over despicable people who trivialize your problems, the internet is full of such people. It's a good skill to learn that they are easily brushed aside.

It sounds like you are young(er) so time is on your side. There are some knowledgeable people here like sharkman, mattk, etc.

Also you will probably need advice in different areas besides just parasites.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Even parazappermasterofthesoftsale could not resist a little dig, intentional or not by assuming you were whining about the problem instead of giving you the benefit of the doubt that you've been through an ordeal. So if I was in your shoes I would try to associate only with people who have your back. There are a few on this forum who fit the bill.

My sense is that you will need multiple periods where you concentrate only on rebuilding your body without doing any cleansing.

Flozzy and #461 are not on your side at all, I have no idea why they singled you out but I find this in life sometimes there are friends and sometimes there are enemies - people who you haven't even met yet. #461 went so far as to make yet another post in the Webmaster forum insinuating that you will try to scam money from people so watch out for this 'person'. I have dealt with people like this before and I am their worst nightmare because I can take 20 of them on at once without batting and eye while juggling and running marathons simultaneously.

People with cancer (you know who you are) often have serious anger issues.
