since you don't know which parasite you have, use all 3 drugs.

The World Health Org has a great study of 700,000 subjects that took all three of those meds without side. That does not mean there are no side effects of die off. Drug side effects are few and rare, die off is REAL and can be difficult

Consider getting a stool test, but many of those are false negatives. it is hard to find a doctor who can work with this condition. look for a functional medicine specialist who is an MD.

We went to 5 GI's and 2 infectious disease specialist. finally found a D.O. who was able to confirm what we were seeing was a tape. We had to bring whole worm segments into the Doctor to prove it.
