I didn't start passing anything until the 8th day of my first cleanse. Even subsequent cleanses, the 8th day seemed to be the magic number. Have him take the entire regimen before he gives up. I have to say I firmly believe I woke my parasites up a year ago when I started taking a pumpkin seed supplement for frequent urination. Not strong enough to kill them, but strong enough to make them mad!
