I am planning to do a Hulda Clark three-bottle parasite cleanse (not the all-in-one tincture) and I want to know how to make it more effective. I have read about someone who did a juice fast with P&B shakes, but so far the P&B shakes are very uncomfortable for me, and I was wondering if one could/should use saltwater flushes to wash out the parasites, each morning, along with a juice fast? I am coming off of caffeine, so my colon is having a harder time moving things along, and it seems like adding P&B shakes is going to create a major problem, right now. It just seems like my body will tolerate a liquid fast better than it will tolerate bulk, at this time.
