Help! P&B shake kept me awake all night, I need new plan!!! Combining cleanses? by #202030 ..... Ask CureZone Community

I am attempting to Colon Cleanse in preparation for a parasite cleanse, in preparation for a Liver Flush! Had first P&B yesterday AM, then had second one right before bed, and it felt like rocks moving through my lower abdomen! I get plenty of exercise, and I drank the correct amount of water (and had to urinate all night). I had a fiber-ful vegetable dinner. I've reduced caffeine intake to one cup of green tea a day. I could not sleep at all!!!

I think I would prefer a fasting/liquid type cleanse over a bulking cleanse, although I want to use the clay to heal my bowel eventually. It would also be great to be able to parasite cleanse ( Hulda Clark 's classic from her store) while I am bowel cleansing, and I feel the liquid cleanse would be better because the clay won't be soaking up the herbs.

I considered adding P&B shakes after a liquid/MC type cleanse, but would that not overwork the bowel if one has been on a liquid diet/low-solid-food diet for a while?

What is the best way to optimize a colon cleanse? Is The Master Cleanse the way to go? How about combining cleanses? I am in decent shape, no great problems YET, probably about how the average American feels, but this is not my peak potential by a long shot. I have been on a mostly raw, mostly vegan diet for a year, lots of juicing, lots of improvements ( Depression basically cured...now I'm just frantic about how much time got eaten up by that misery. I get tired after meals, I don't have the energy I should have, lots of aches and pains, 35 years old. I am looking forward to the Liver Flush and I want to get there ASAP.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
