Cimber, you seemed so rational and educated in your responses to me (regarding filarial worms). I researched all of your suggestions and they proved enormously helpful. Thank you, I am grateful for your selfless assistance. That said, your full moon theory is rather absurd.

THERE IS NO CREDIBLE EVIDENCE FOR A LUNAR CYCLE EFFECT ON HUMAN OR parasite BEHAVIOR.

Confirmation bias is the primary source of these pseudoscientific theories.
