Some flukes should be easy to identify - the most common description is rolled up tomato skins. Don't eat tomatoes while cleansing and confuse things.

Re these jelly/gel like things people are passing:

-often what people pass are a mix of mucous, worms, fungal colonies, 'biofilms', rope worms, roundworms, threadworms, bacterial colonies, and other unknowns.

-candida is microscopic, as are the hyphae. you cannot see them with the naked eye.

-fungal colonies can be seen if they are entangled in mucous. I am hypothesizing that they are mixed in with unhealthy mucous.

-some of the ropeworms people are passing have definite shape and form and they must belong to some known or yet defined parasite phylum. this is new territory, although people have been passing these worms since before the term ropeworm was coined.

-like all the other species, sometimes these ropes are passed along with mucous which confuses the issue.

-all muscle twitching is not caused by parasites. It might be part of the whole picture, but there can be other causes for muscle twitching.

-likewise, every belch and non-ordinary activity in the intestine is not necessarily caused by worms travelling about.

sometimes it's just better to use an unscientific word like gunk for these mucosal masses. they obviously don't belong there, and unless you have whatever is in there identified gunk is maybe the most scientific thing you can say.

the only semantic danger I can see is when someone assumes their mucosal gunk colony is 'x' and it later turns out to be an extremely virulent pathogen, or not candida for example, then it's better to lean to the safe side and at least attempt to get it tested. Testing sucks and it's inaccurate and futile many time but that's life.

try to keep as calm as you can while you're passing this stuff. the toxic load is hard enough to deal with so don't make things worse off mentally by focusing on the negatives.
