No I don't think they get that big in a short time.

If your insurance will pay for it then have as many tests as you can, elisa, pcr, everything.

Don't be surprised though if you send a sample with a 3 foot worm and it comes back as negative for parasites.

There are a lot of things that will cause cleansing reactions outside the scope of alternative medicine. One of my friends is alchy and when he goes on binges often there will be a big parasite die-off and he also even passes gallstones. It's not the preferred method of cleansing but if you understand a little bit of chemistry you realize that alcohol is a solvent.

Sometimes people start passing these things from drastic dietary changes.

My best short term advice is to eat a lot of easy calories and keep as strong as you can while you're getting a handle it.
