coffee enemas worked for me…they are safe enough to do daily and while i've been parasite cleansing I do one every single day and it has only improved my natural elimination as well. It's been 4-5 months now and my system is very happy. Were you doing the store bought kind? Read up on Gerson therapy and benefits of coffee enemas.
