How am I not dead (or others) if we have disseminated infections? This MD makes it sound like it would be instant:

medically to have a hyperinfection that would go on for 3 years- You would be long dead by now. With hyperinfection the parasites brings gram negative bacteria from the colon into the blood stream and causes a blood stream infection with sepsis. So you would be long gone if this was going on.
