I notice Elaine's Liver Flush seems to be more popular and there is more success. Is that true?

What's the difference between Moritz' Liver Flush other than the malic acid, 2 colonics before and after versus Elaine's liver flush.

I ask because I've done the Moritz and flushed a couple stones. Had massive breakouts from drinking too much apple juice (I have SIBO and Candida/leaky gut, etc). I completed my 18 day parasite cleanse today and have to decide what Liver Flush to do.
