Where is the cyst? On your liver? First I would do a parasite cleanse. Colon Cleanse and liver flush.

What is the size of the cyst? I would also look into fasting with water only, autolysis will eat the cyst first. If after the fast you can have another MRI or a sonogram to check if the cyst is gone or not or shrunk, that will afford you to plan for another fast or other alternative ways to remove it.
