I think Archus wrote some good suggestions. I just wanted to second them.

Also, I'd like to add that I've done many parasite cleanses over the years and recently did oral castor oil.

It was the best parasite protocol I've ever done. I passed maybe a thousand or so intestinal flukes.

I feel like I have a new digestive system, and in a way, I really
do. I think Andreas Moritz wrote about a similar protocol.

Here's what I did for 7 days:

1-2 T. Hexane Free Castor Oil in warm lemon water in morning and night.

Follow the dose with hot lemon water or similar to get the oil down, about 1/2 to 1 hour later.

I sometimes took coffee w/ organic Sugar after morning dose "a la" Gerson Therapy. Diabetics can skip sugar.

It's simple, cheap, time tested and worked for me. Bloating gone....good luck!
