Interesting thoughts.
I could use an explanation of how adding salt to water that has ozone in it would keep the ozone longer.
Will not salt in the water with ozone create free chlorine?
2 NaCl + 2 H2O → Cl2 + H2 + 2 NaOH
O3 + CL2 = CL0 + O2
Since chlorine is a toxin, what is the real goal there?
Also, since ozone is more soluble into water than oxygen once the ozone is broken back into oxygen there is nothing to indicate that the oxygen level in that will will be increased without adding pressure to the water. Henry's law will still rule.
I would suggest using very cold water, (add ice) and dissolving ozone into water, then use that water as quickly as possible.
