I am getting a lot of emails asking what happened from taking the wrong supplements...basically like many others I had candida for many years and I was making too many mistakes trying to heal.I had tons of die-off symptoms that made me miserable. I spent so much money and time on doctor visits, supplements and medications but I wasn't getting better. It turned that I totally messed it up...Ironically, all it took was 5 minutes read of a small article on the web that made me realize I was just doing it wrong...

this is a must read before taking any supplement or doing any cleanse or detox...I am doing much better now :) thank you all for the great help and positive encouragement :)
