Heavily-salted water will do it too- make a Seasalt water broth as strong as your tongue can stand, and then drink lots. Use the Epsom Salts in footbath (2-4 tblsp) or bathtub (1 cup) to get the magnesium in your body through the skin to replace what is lost while purging.


You can try drinking the Epsom Salts , it does indeed induce purging, but if you have a systematic candida infection it'll create brainfog and thrush in the days after you use it internally.


Sodium butyrate (or the fishing lure drops n-butyric acid) are the best for getting the gut making a fresh mucosal layer and getting peristaltic movement going.

Butyrate is a byproduct of the bacterial digestion of resistant fibers (digestive fiber). It is one of the ingredients that keeps your gut wall tight against parasites, and healthy. The Psyllium and Bentonite clay cleanse is reccommended for a good way to trap all parasite eggs and dead tissue while using a herbal parasite cleanse, and to scrub the gut walls clean.

Psyllium husk is primarily nondigestible fiber, and can be bought in most pharmacies. However, parasite cleanses can be very antibiotic.
