and oh yeah... parasite cleanse and colon detox supplements were a life saver. It is surreal how much was inside me and how much even I even regurgitated. I highly recommend expelling your worms and toxins out ASAP. You don't need to be on a special diet but it's more effective eating close to natural as possible.
