Like I said before, when I cured candida, what made a big difference was the oxygen cleanser, I actually passed dead candida and parasites the 3rd night, saw them in my own eyes, I noticed my stomach turned flat and I felt much better.After a week my tongue cleared out. Unlike the past, I had no die off, just strong cravings for sweets. I did eat raw fruits during my cleanse so that helped with the cravings. It was cool to eat fruits after my low carbs diet made me feel bad and didn't help at all. I also took enzymes and probiotics. I did end the cleanse with anti-fungal but I think at that point I was already
90% healed.
