I've been getting the WORST IBS gut pain there is.
3 weeks water fast
6 months mms enemas
Tried every diets known to man
SCD, gaps, Paleo, Raw paleo, hypoallergenic formulas (protein,glucose,coconut oil)
Veggies soups
810, fruitarian and now I am only fruitarian, NOTHING WORKS, NOTHING.

I'll spare you the entire novel on all the neurological problems, stiffness and stuff and just focus on the gut pain atm because its like living 24/8 with razor blade in your gut where if i try to massage it just feel like scrubbing my intestines with blades.

I have the worst gut pain and im losing weight every day, I take tons of anti parasites stuff, cayenne by the teaspoon, 30-40drops of oregano oil a day, turmeric, fresh aloe vera, ginger.

NOTHING absolutely NOTHING will get rid of this pain, even avoiding food and fasting wont do a thing. It wears off at times and comes back where i am super sick and the only remedy is to curse god and be in bed and hope stars eventually align and the pain wont come back when i eat this time.

I dunno what to do anymore, everyone gives me their useless advice of trying what i tried a thousand times. At this point i can only hope that my body finally say "screw this and finally surrender"

At this point i cant help but know it has to be parasite related but ive tried so many anti parasites stuff and NOTHING works.

Heal ive even tried to eat nothing but Sugar and coconut oil and that didnt work either.
