Try probiotic 225 once a week in yogurt.

The fastest way to identify a potential parasite problem is take a dose of invermectin. if the symptoms subside think parasites. This is the test i took, after thinking fungus or SIBO. I was wrong. IVM made my symptoms stop for a day.

I had ascaris. This little tidbit took almost a year to figure out. Head in the right direction eventually you will figure it out.

I had Mucus every 3 months or so.
The problem is that many illnesses look alike.

I took caprillic acid to rule out fungus, i exploded.

I took chitosan, Flames came out. Bacteria.
I took xylitol, Flames came out. Bacteria.
I took Fucoidan, my cold sores faded to 0.

Taking blanket Bacteria, Fungal, Virus cures is easier than hit or miss testing. Save money, figure out which direction to head.

North SIBO
East SIVO
South Mold
West Fungus
Up - parasite with SIBO, SIVO, a Protozoan, etc.
Down - parasite inside a Parasite

I was north, west and down.
