Thank you for your reply to Tim, it was helpful to me. I have suffered from Hives for almost 2 years. I figured out that carbohydrates-(breads,Pizzas,Typical unhealthy Carbs) and Alcohol especially Wine-high Sugar make my hives go crazy and I break out more (calves,elbows and back). So i eliminated these items and have had improvement(but still suffer-just no major breakouts). I took it a step forward the last six weeks and did Lisa Richards Candida Ultimate Diet. I didn't really see much improvement from where I was at prior to starting the diet. A friend who has his own issues-he has been suffering for 6 years from similar and more symptoms, suggested my symptoms sound like a parasite/worm. So i have ordered humaworm and was planning on doing their 30 day parasite cleanse. I looked @ Hulda web site and learned a ton thanks to you. So I was wondering if you could comment on my symptoms and perhaps offer any feedback that comes to mind. Thank you for your suggestions!
