I am SOOOOO glad that the tide has apparently turned with recommending P&B shakes on the MC. When I did my first Master-Cleanse in August 2003, it seemed accepted that everyone do the P&B shakes. I didn't know any better and I thought about doing them but was too lazy to find the ingredients, so ended up not doing them. Later as I became more educated, I realized that the P&B shakes are really counterproductive to my goals for a Master-Cleanse (which include giving the digestive system a rest) and I'm so glad I never did them. I might do them someday while I'm not on the MC, but I'll probably do a parasite cleanse or Liver Flush before I try the P&B.

I love the Master-Cleanse and plan on doing it at least once a year for the rest of my life.
