Hi, they look like rope worms to me. coffee enemas draw them out and that is exactly how I started my parasite "journey."

If you read about rope worms (which in and of itself is rather fascinating - they have human DNA and are thought to be a result of GMOs), enemas are the only way to really get them out.

If you have access to wheatgrass, I suggest a water enema followed by a wheatgrass implant (try to hold it 10 mins, you can add water to a couple of ounces of wheatgrass and then hold it) as that really pulled them out of me too (I really started moving them out when I was at week long cleanse in San Diego that consisted of lots of wheatgrass!). And daily coffee enemas…I've been doing coffee enemas non-stop for 3 months now with no negative effects and pretty amazing results.
I unfortunately had 4 other types of worms which surfaced during this ordeal in addition to the ropes and I'm currently in the process of 6 week herbal protocol that was given to me by a quantum health doctor after I had a body scan in which he was able to identify specifically the creatures inside of the body.

In my case, parasites left my digestive tract and scattered throughout my body (which is why I sought out my alternative doctor) but I feel I am getting close to the end of this ordeal. The rope worms were easy enough for me to do on my own. I added Diatomaceous Earth to my daily regime so that and the coffee was sufficient. Hope that helps!! I don't know what Ascaris looks like but yours look like what I had as far as I can tell.
